Field Supervisor - Plumbing Install

EJ Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning. We have serviced Santa Clara and the surrounding Bay Area since 2006. We’re looking for an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Supervisor to lead our install team. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused—you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality installations, and support technicians in the field. Pay: $90K-100K

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate residential plumbing installation projects
• Lead, train, and mentor install technicians
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company quality standards
• Manage job schedules, materials, and workflow efficiency
• Perform site visits and assist with complex installs as needed
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Enforce safety standards and best practices

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience
• 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and crews
