Finance and Deployment Analyst II

The DS Analyst is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project implementation, including planning, coordination, and execution. This role ensures compliance with prerequisites, manages schedules, and drives continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The DS Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing all financial matters of DS, including forecasting, reporting and analysis.

Job Description

Deployment Analyst

• Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Manage overall project planning and ensure readiness on all pre-requisites.
• Coordinate Master Schedules with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop work files for creating Service Requests (SR) and/or requests to Suppliers.
• Track services/material delivery and arrival at logistics platforms, PUDOs or customer sites and confirm delivery.
• Track installations, manage escalations and monitor installation reports, ensuring timely closure in Oracle framework and continuous improvement.
• Prepare Customer Billing Reports, validate with customers and submit for billing.
• Prepare reporting for customer purposes, internal use or third parties.
