About the role
Work Setup: On-site

Required Educational Attainment:
- At least 2 years of College Education (No back subjects)
Required Experience:
- Must have an active FINRA License
Job Scope:
- Provide retirement planning guidance by assessing customers' financial situations and retirement goals.
- Assist customers with retirement account options, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investments.
- Process retirement-related transactions in compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, investments, and account management.
- Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex account or retirement-related concerns promptly.
- Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and retirement product developments.
- Meet performance and quality targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
