First Responder Peer Support Consultant

First Responder specialized in Peer Support and in-patient treatment consultation. 

Basic Scope Includes:

• Direct client interactions: Client education and guidance on work comp, benefits of staying in treatment and going to outpatient
• Liaison: direct "go-between" to communicate messages from Management to the client(s)
• Team collaboration: help train the other staff in work comp, especially around documentation
• Client follow-up: Assisting clients post-discharge, if needed
• Groups: Lead and document group(s) in person once per week (RADT required)

 

This is a consultant role as a 1099 contractor.  Once per week in-person sessions at the facility in Palos Verdes Estates and available via phone, as needed. 

Compensation is $2,500 per month, paid monthly via invoice.
