Morgan Properties is hiring a Floating Service Technician for our 775-unit Preserve at Beckett Ridge community, and we’re ready to talk to you now.
Why This Role:At 775 units, there’s always meaningful, hands-on work, and you’ll never be bored. You’ll build your skills across a wide variety of repairs while being part of a company that invests in its techs and wants to see them grow.
What You'll Earn
$22.00–$26.00/hour base pay
Sign On Bonus $1500
Up to 50% rent discount — live where you work
Shared renewal commissions with property staff
$300 quarterly Morgan Essentials stipend
$15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)
Full medical, dental, and vision
401(k) with company match
10 paid holidays + generous PTO and sick leave
What You'll DoHandle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
What You Need
Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
Must live within 30 minutes of the property
1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus
ScheduleMonday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
