About the role
Description
Ensures an outstanding experience for customers by presenting high quality products and consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service. Receives cross-training to work in a variety of departments including front end, produce, grocery, Wellness/HABA, and operations . Floor clerks’ stock and displays products; maintains department organization and cleanliness. Operates a cash register and supports Ukiah Natural Foods operations as assigned by the Floor and Department managers.
Demonstrates enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Part-Time up to 26 hrs/week, 4-5 days a week. Scheduled for either 5.5 or 7 hour shifts, depending on availability.
Requirements
*Outstanding Customer Service skills, actively looks for ways to help customer.
*Ability to prioritize and work on a variety of task simultaneously, while remaining flexible in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be able to work flexible schedules, 1 weekend shift per week, and open availability.
