Foam Molding Operator, 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 to $24.40 per hour
Location: Wheaton, MN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm

About the job
We are hiring a Foam Molding Operator to produce molded foam parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards. In this role, you will paint, trim, inspect, and finish products while following established production processes. The Foam Molding Operator helps ensure customers receive quality parts produced safely and efficiently.
What a Foam Molding Operator does
- Paint and trim molded foam products to customer specifications.
- Follow templates and work instructions for paint patterns and material changeovers.
- Inspect parts and follow quality standards throughout the production process.
- Support daily production needs and help prioritize work within the department.
- Work closely with team members to maintain efficient production flow.
Required
- Ability to recognize and respond to safety concerns.
- Basic math skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a production environment.
- Ability to learn processes through on-the-job training.
- Ability to frequently handle and carry items up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds (40+ pounds requires a team lift or crane).
- Ability to work around dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and moving equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred (not required)
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience using hand tools, trimmers, or paint equipment.
- Experience performing quality inspections.
