Frontend Lead

In this role, you’ll drive the frontend strategy across our product suite, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and lead a team of developers in building responsive, accessible, and scalable UI solutions that power critical workflows in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and performance of our frontend applications across multiple modules.
  

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver clean, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  

• Mentor frontend engineers and uphold best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous feedback.
  

• Ensure consistency and scalability through component libraries and shared design systems.
  

• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and browser compatibility.
  

• Support build processes and CI/CD practices to ensure high-quality, reliable releases.
  

• Stay current with modern frontend technologies and bring forward recommendations when appropriate.
