🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting.

• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders.

• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond to healthcare needs.

• Document care accurately and maintain complete medical records.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and the onsite team to coordinate patient care.

• Support chronic disease management, sick call, and ongoing patient health needs.

• Maintain professional standards while protecting patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

✅ What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Alabama, or a license that meets applicable state requirements.

• Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain it as required.

• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

• Dependability and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.

• A commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care to every patient.

• Correctional healthcare experience is welcome but not required.
