Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Government security clearance, including Public Trust, Secret, Top Secret, or other clearance levels as required.
• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
• Must be available to work fully onsite, hybrid, or remotely depending on customer and contract requirements.
• Must be available during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent combinations of relevant education, certifications, military service, and professional experience may be considered based on position requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
• Ability to work with sensitive, confidential, or regulated information.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Federal Government agencies or programs.
• Relevant professional certifications.
• Military or Veteran experience.
• Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Strong customer-service and stakeholder-management skills.
