General Dentist | Full Time or Part Time | Miami FL

We are a well-established dental practice in Miami seeking an General Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, educating patients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. We have amazing patients and looking for someone who wants to contribute to the local community. Our primary clinical focus are cosmetics, implants, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Flexible Schedule: Office is open Monday - Friday (9am-6pm)

Compensation: $850 per day of up to 35% of Collections

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities
• Restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Endodontic procedures/root canal therapy
• Implant restoration; implant placement experience preferred
• Invisalign/clear aligner experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and treat periodontal conditions collaboratively with hygiene
• Strong case presentation and treatment acceptance skills
• Ability to educate patients and clearly communicate treatment recommendations
• Efficient clinical time management and ability to maintain a productive schedule
• Strong leadership and team collaboration
• Commitment to clinical quality and an exceptional patient experience
• Comfortable utilizing dental technology, including digital radiography, intraoral scanning, and AI-supported diagnostic tools

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active Florida dental license
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience (GPR preferred)
• Advanced skills in general dentistry procedures
• Proficiency in Open Dental or similar dental software
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication abilities
• Team-oriented with a commitment to patient care and privacy (HIPAA compliance)
