General Manager - Restaurants

Job Description:

Onvo's Burger King is looking for a motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As the General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, customer service, food quality, safety, sales growth, and profitability.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and restaurant leaders.
• Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and controllable expenses.
• Create schedules that support business needs and guest demand.
• Execute restaurant marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King brand standards, company policies, and health regulations.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience managing sales, labor, inventory, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
