Comfort Wave is seeking a General Manager to lead its next stage of growth reaching $25 million in annual revenue over the next two to three years.
With full P&L accountability and partnership from Wrench Group, you’ll build the team, strengthen the operation, and turn ambitious goals into sustainable results.
Your impact
Grow the business. Expand market share, strengthen customer retention, and deliver profitable growth.
Develop strong leaders. Build a management team that takes ownership, develops talent, and delivers.
Own the numbers. Lead budgeting, forecasting, margins, and investments that support long-term performance.
Build an operation that scales. Connect field service, installation, sales, dispatch, and customer service through clear processes and accountability.
Earn customer loyalty. Deliver service that strengthens Comfort Wave’s reputation across Oklahoma City.
What you bring
10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in residential home services.
A track record of scaling a home services business from approximately $10M to $20M+.
Significant P&L ownership and measurable success improving profitability.
Proven ability to develop managers and drive results through other leaders.
Experience across multiple trades or service lines, including residential HVAC.
Senior leadership experience in a high-growth, multi-location, or private-equity-backed business.
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or a comparable platform.
You lead visibly, set clear expectations, and follow through. Your results show up in both the financials and the strength of your team.
