About the role

Drive meaningful change in how complex investment data products reach clients. You’ll lead high-impact migrations from legacy platforms to modern vendor solutions, improving speed, quality, and transparency along the way. We’ll rely on you to bring structure to ambiguity, align global stakeholders, and keep delivery moving when priorities shift. You’ll grow your leadership through visibility with product, operations, and technology partners and through ownership of end-to-end outcomes.

As a Vice President within the Investment Information Services team, you lead end-to-end delivery for platform onboarding and client migration initiatives. You’ll translate client and operational needs into clear plans, coordinate dependencies across functions, and ensure releases are ready to run in production. You’ll help improve delivery performance through better tooling, reporting, and repeatable processes. You’ll work closely with operations, product management, and technology teams across global sites to deliver an organized, client-centric experience.

Our team focuses on improving how investment performance, attribution, and risk analytics products are implemented and supported for institutional clients. You’ll collaborate across operations and technology to strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and reduce delivery friction while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from intake through release readiness, operationalization, and post-release performance reporting
  • Drive client onboarding and migration plans, including milestones, cutover approach, and progress tracking
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, and resourcing needs; surface risks and remove blockers through active stakeholder management
  • Assess platform and operational readiness for migration, including functional requirements, quality controls, and reporting needs
  • Partner with product and technology teams to plan and execute roadmap deliverables that support client migration outcomes
  • Gather requirements, coordinate functional testing, and enable user training to support adoption of new workflows and tooling
  • Lead change management activities across functional partners, ensuring alignment to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory expectations
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendor partners and internal leaders
  • Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of production issues before and after migration, including investigation and validation
  • Validate performance and risk analytics outputs across platforms using available tools and agreed controls
  • Provide concise status updates and recommendations, and present findings, outcomes, and options in stakeholder forums

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in product delivery, implementation, program management, or operations within financial services
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional delivery, dependency management, and release planning across multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to run change readiness activities and support adoption of new operating models and processes
  • Experience executing platform or client migrations, including readiness assessment, cutover planning, and issue triage
  • Strong understanding of the systems development life cycle and how to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience supporting institutional clients and/or investment analytics workflows (performance, attribution, risk)
  • Ability to produce clear delivery reporting (status, risks, decisions, and outcomes) for senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and comfort working through ambiguity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hands-on experience with performance and analytics platforms (for example, FactSet)
  • Experience with data analytics and metrics-driven delivery performance management
  • Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), or Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
