About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tester setup, conversion, and checkout for engineering, qualification activities.
- Verify test programs, load boards, probe cards, sockets, and hardware configurations prior to execution.
- Execute engineering lots, characterization builds, and qualification samples according to schedule.
- Monitor lot progress and coordinate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize test and yield data for engineering evaluations.
- Support test program validation, hardware troubleshooting, and engineering debug activities.
- Prepare and manage samples for characterization, qualification, reliability testing, and failure analysis.
- Maintain tester and hardware readiness, including routine checks and inventory control.
- Escalate abnormal yield, test, or equipment issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, wafer sort, and final test processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
