Group Customer Service Officer (Refinery products)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Group Customer Service team for refinery products. The team provides customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring smooth execution of export and import of products such as fuels, chemicals, Black products, monomers, gases, and JET fuel through high-quality documentation and process coordination.

What will you do?

• Communication with the sales team and customers,
• Processing orders, including verifying order details and registering them in information systems,
• Cooperation with internal departments to resolve order-related issues,
• Monitoring the financial status of customers (e.g. advance payments),
• Ensuring smooth information flow between the company and the customer,
• Preparing documents for monthly closing,
• Archiving documentation.

What do we expect?

· Completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate (required),

· Active knowledge of English (minimum level B2),

• Advanced skills in MS Office,
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage,
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach and professional demeanor.

Salary: from 1850 EUR gross/month. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
