About the job
We are seeking a Global Destruction Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our most sensitive physical assets. This is not just a waste management role; it is a critical security function. You will be responsible for ensuring that prototypes, defective/decommissioned high-value components, proprietary pieces of hardware, devices, components and materials are rendered non-recoverable. You will lead a global network of certified vendors, ensuring that our intellectual property never leaks, ends up on the secondary market or in the hands of competitors.

As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
