About the Role
Build AI-powered outbound systems for a B2B growth and lead generation team. You will create end-to-end workflows that help generate qualified pipeline for the company and its clients, working alongside a team of GTM Engineers.
What You'll Do
Build outbound systems from lead sourcing and enrichment through personalized messaging and campaign execution.
Create and maintain Clay tables using enrichment, waterfall workflows, and AI-powered columns.
Develop signal-based outreach sequences using intent, job changes, funding, and other relevant buying signals.
Automate GTM workflows with tools such as n8n and connect data and outreach systems.
Use AI tools and language models to support research, personalization, and campaign workflows.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and improve reply rates, booked meetings, and pipeline generation.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of experience, with initial professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.
Hands-on Clay experience building your own tables with enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.
Experience running outbound campaigns and measurable results, such as reply rates, booked meetings, or pipeline generated.
Experience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools or LLMs for GTM work, including prompting or Claygent.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to build complete, practical systems rather than only operate individual tools.
Native-level German and confidence writing personalized email or LinkedIn outreach.
Experience defining target groups and qualifying leads with signals is valuable. Familiarity with Claude Code, basic Python or JavaScript, APIs, email deliverability, LinkedIn outreach tools, or CRM systems such as Pipedrive is also useful.
Ownership, initiative, and a willingness to work full-time in a hybrid Berlin role.
