Guest Service Officer- Fitness Centre / Spa

Main Duties and responsibilities:

Administration

· To effectively schedule Aerobics classes

· To assist in maintaining the inventory of supplies for the Fitness Centre.

· To complete all administrative forms necessary for efficient functioning.

Customer Service

· To provide the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

· To handle guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

· To maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Holder of an international certification in fitness or physical education, with minimum of 2 years work experience as fitness instructor or Fitness Receptionist
