Preparing production-ready data for printing and inspection systems.
Verifying and validating QR code data prior to production.
Validating GS1 QR code structure, readability, and data integrity.
Checking QR code size and orientation vis-à-vis design KLD.
Ensuring the accuracy of GTIN, batch number, expiry date, serial number, and other variable data elements.
Monitoring data transfer between ERP, printing, and inspection systems.
Supporting production during job setup and execution.
Validating QR code data during machine setup.
Troubleshooting data-related issues during production.
Coordinating with Production, PPC, Quality Assurance, and Machine Operators.
Maintaining traceability records, generated code records, and post-production data uploads to the ERP system.
Ensuring correct linkage between artwork and variable data files.
Ensuring zero customer complaints arising from data mismatch or incorrect variable data.
