Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to source, drive and grow revenue across the MICE segment for one of the biggest Convention Hotel in Jakarta, keeping a close eye on results and adjusting strategies and activities to ensure targets are met
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, taking the lead on global negotiations, preferred agreement implementation and account management activities, ensuring we maximize our market share
• Prospect new accounts to support our global growth on Catering & Events
• Represent Pullman Jakarta Central Park at Global Tradeshows
• Collaborate with key teams (Event Sales, Brand, Revenue & Hotel Operations) to ensure key information & insights are shared and we’re working together effectively to drive revenue results

Qualifications

The kind of person we’re looking for…

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role
• MICE experience essential
• Passionate about hotel sales and goal driven
• An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams and leaders; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you

• You’re not precious; we leave our egos at the door and help get things done

Additional Information

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English

Mandarin speaking is a plus
