Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for our Night Shift team.

What You'll Do
- Operate excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment (yellow iron)
- Load transfer trailers and move waste materials efficiently
- Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain safe operations in a fast-paced transfer station environment
- Follow site safety standards and operating procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- 2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
- Excavator, loader, or yellow iron experience required
- Waste, recycling, landfill, demolition, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong safety record and work ethic
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
