Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a heart for helping others? Advantage Hospice is looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team!
Hospice nursing is about providing comfort, compassion, and support when patients and families need it most. As an LPN with Advantage Hospice, you'll play an important role in providing quality patient care, supporting families, and helping patients maintain comfort and dignity.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes and centers.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising RN.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within your scope of practice.
Assist with symptom management and patient comfort.
Educate and support patients and families.
Collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure quality, individualized care.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Current, active Pennsylvania LPN license.
Previous nursing experience preferred; hospice or home health experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Current auto insurance.
