As a housekeeper at Spider Mountain, you’ll help maintain the cleanliness of rooms, restrooms, walkways, and public spaces - supporting a relaxing and refreshing experience for every guest.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean rooms, restrooms, walkways, and public areas.
• Stock guest rooms with fresh lines and toiletries.
• Return dirty laundry to designated areas and restock cleaning supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping storage area.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Duties, skills, responsibilities:

• Perform all daily cleaning duties in the lodge setting, including all facets of basic cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.

• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas and facilities.

• Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager regarding any emergencies or issues that arise.

• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use, reporting any low inventory.

• Assist in other duties as they may arise.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of janitorial safety processes and procedures or the ability to learn.

• Be reliable, punctual and a team member.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
