HR Manager (Employee & Labor Relations) | Night Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

• Will handles HR Associates

• Point person for concerns related to Employee relations and labor relations.

• Providing job counselling to employees who require it

• Responsible for ensuring the daily administration of general policies and program labor relations.

• Ensuring that grievance-handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with the company policy and DOLE.

• Overseeing resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing lawsuits against the employer.
• Executing Exit Interviews and Clearances.

• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR Managerial experience.
• Excellent knowledge of local employment laws.
• Strong people and organizational management skills.
• Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients.
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills.
• High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
• Computer Literate in MS Office Applications.
• Familiar with any HRIS
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
• Amenable working night shifts
