Marv's Plumbing & Heating is seeking qualified HVAC Service Technicians to join our dedicated team in serving Cheyenne and the surrounding areas. As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. You’ll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Join our team and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus! Qualified technicians receive $500 after 90 days and another $500 after 120 days. Terms and conditions apply.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Valid EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements

Salary Description

$25-$40 Plus Performance Bonuses
