Prepare concise sponsor updates, governance readouts, and decision-ready recommendations.

Drive adoption and sustainment so changes are implemented effectively and benefits continue beyond the initial 90 days.

Proven success leading fast-cycle delivery, turnaround initiatives, or transformation programs with clear KPI ownership.

Strong stakeholder leadership and the ability to influence without authority across functions, regions, and seniority levels.

Comfort with data, dashboards, and business cases, including tracking baselines, targets, and benefits realization.
