Purpose of the Job
The ISC Planning Manager is responsible for intaking marketing plans from the Retail Marketing team, and delivering ISC briefs, creative decks, and production grids to the Design & Production Studio. They will do this in collaboration with the Project Traffic Manager and Account Profile Manager to ensure 1) proper project flighting within the Studio, and 2) accurate ISC placement specifications for production. They will have upstream visibility into upcoming Marketing programs and have a steady communication loop back to Marketing about capacity constraints on the Design & Production Studio. The objective is to result in reduced team overcapacity concerns within the studio, and more campaigns achieving their in-store dates, as well as reducing inaccuracy costs of ISC shipped to store.
