About the role
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product industrialization
· Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAD) and familiarity with PDM systems
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Experience with NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT) and production ramp-up
· Knowledge of quality and process tools (FMEA, DOE, Cp/Cpk, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
· Experience with supplier development, PPAP, and production validation processes
· Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English for technical communication and documentation
