About the Role
Take the lead on cyber security across Sanitarium’s Australian and New Zealand operations.
This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll shape our security strategy, lead a specialist team and build capability across a complex 24/7 environment. From identity and privileged access to security operations, incident response and information protection, you’ll have genuine scope to influence what comes next.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead our cyber security strategy and roadmap.
Lead and develop our Information Security team.
Strengthen identity, Conditional Access and Privileged Access Management.
Lead security operations, SIEM, threat detection and incident response.
Drive vulnerability management and information protection.
Strengthen governance aligned with ISO 27001 and Essential Eight.
Partner with senior leaders to manage cyber risk and build resilience.
What You’ll Bring
8–10+ years’ experience in cyber or information security.
Leadership experience within a security environment.
Strong expertise across identity, access management, PAM and security operations.
Experience with ISO 27001 and cyber risk frameworks.
Strong incident response, vulnerability and threat management capability.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn complex security risks into clear business decisions.
Highly regarded: CISSP, CISM, CISA, Microsoft Security or ISO 27001 certifications, plus experience within FMCG, manufacturing or operational technology environments.
