Information Technology Quality Control Senior Engineer

To ensure the quality, reliability, performance, security, and functionality of software applications by planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The role is responsible for identifying and managing defects, developing automated testing solutions, validating APIs and databases, performing end-to-end testing, and ensuring software releases meet defined quality and acceptance criteria.

• Analyze requirements, design test cases, and perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Ensure software applications meet defined quality, functionality, reliability, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations and data integrity.
• Execute SQL queries to verify database accuracy and consistency.

• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.

• Collaborate with development teams to investigate and resolve issues.

• Maintain QA standards, testing documentation, and best practices.
