Innovation Strategist

As an Innovation Strategist, you will lead client-facing engagements focused on AI strategy, digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational change. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities, establish strategic priorities, and develop actionable roadmaps that deliver measurable results. Through engaging workshops and collaborative discussions, you will help organizations navigate AI adoption, build effective governance frameworks, and manage implementation risks. You will translate complex business and technical concepts into clear recommendations, executive presentations, and practical operational playbooks. Working in a fully remote environment, you will contribute to client success while strengthening internal methodologies and sharing best practices across teams. Accountabilities

• Innovation and AI Strategy: Lead and deliver client-facing projects focused on innovation strategy, enterprise AI enablement, digital transformation, and business process optimization.

• Workshop Design and Facilitation: Design and facilitate strategic workshops to assess business needs, identify innovation opportunities, align stakeholders, and develop actionable roadmaps.

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with business leaders to translate organizational objectives into practical execution plans, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.

• Governance and Risk Management: Develop governance frameworks, operating models, and risk mitigation strategies that support responsible AI adoption and sustainable innovation.

• Client Deliverables: Prepare high-quality client materials, including strategy presentations, executive briefings, implementation roadmaps, and operational playbooks.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure recommendations are aligned with organizational priorities.

• Business Development Support: Contribute to account planning, proposal development, and pre-sales activities by providing strategic insights and helping shape new client opportunities.

• Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain internal resources, reusable frameworks, and best practices to improve consulting methodologies and delivery quality.

• Continuous Innovation: Monitor emerging AI capabilities, technology trends, and innovation practices to identify opportunities for improved business performance and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in innovation, strategy consulting, digital transformation, or a related field.

• Consulting Experience: Previous experience in consulting is preferred, particularly in client-facing projects involving organizational transformation, business strategy, or enterprise technology.

• AI and Digital Transformation: Familiarity with AI tools, enterprise AI enablement, and emerging technologies is preferred, along with the ability to identify practical business applications.

• Business Process and Governance: Strong understanding of business process design, governance frameworks, risk management, and the organizational requirements for successful technology adoption.

• Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to design and lead workshops, engage diverse stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and build consensus.
