About the role
I. Customer Relations
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly and politely.
- Receive parts orders and answer questions for customers and outside sales personnel.
- Continually review existing sales routes and additions to routes for efficiency in customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have valid operator's license
- Dress code as per policy information booklet
- Competent parts knowledge and teh ability to research part numbers as needed
- Good computer skills
