Inside Sales Support

Hit Promotional Products is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Support to join our team in Bellmawr, NJ. This position provides essential administrative and customer service support to the sales team, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, customer requests are handled promptly, and daily sales operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the inside sales team.

• Assist with processing customer orders, quotes, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery status.

• Communicate with internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure timely fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and sales documentation.

• Follow up on outstanding orders, customer requests, and other sales-related activities.

• Assist sales representatives with account maintenance and customer correspondence.

• Identify and communicate potential order discrepancies or customer concerns to the appropriate team members.

• Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work on-site at our Bellmawr, NJ location.
