Responsibilities
- Support the finance team with accounts payable, financial closing and audit-related activities to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting.
- Assist in improving the efficiency of finance processes through workflow automation using Python, VBA or Power Query.
- Support finance projects as needed.
- Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and developing process flowcharts.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Python, VBA, or Power Query is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
