- Assist in coordinating and tracking production projects for brochures, posters, postcards, promotional items, and other marketing collateral across the EMEA and North America regions.
- Support supplier management activities, including requesting and comparing quotations, creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and verifying invoices.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide guidance on available solutions, and share best practices for marketing material production and distribution.
- Coordinate the shipment and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items to regional offices, events, and other destinations across EMEA and North America.
- Maintain and administer the internal marketing materials webshop, ensuring product listings, inventory information, and ordering processes are accurate and up to date.
