About the role
Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Support the Food & Beverage department in restaurant service, event setup, and maintaining quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and contribute to departmental projects.
- Uphold the hotel’s brand standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
- Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
