Ideagen is undergoing one of the most exciting transformations in its history as we accelerate the adoption of AI and Agentic Experience across our products and teams. As Internal Product Communications Lead, you'll help bring that transformation to life through compelling storytelling, strategic communication and high-quality content. Working at the intersection of Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you'll ensure colleagues across the business understand not only what we're building, but why it matters.
Responsibilities
Own the creation and delivery of internal communications supporting product launches, transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes.
Develop compelling narratives that help employees understand product strategy, AI initiatives and business priorities.
Create a broad range of content including launch communications, briefing packs, enablement materials, newsletters and leadership updates.
Build and manage communication plans aligned to product roadmaps and business objectives.
Partner with Product, Engineering and Design teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and accessible communications.
Support commercial and customer-facing teams through the creation of educational and enablement content.
Monitor engagement and feedback, using insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and reach.
Help shape the communication strategy behind one of the most significant business transformations within Ideagen.
Skills and Experience
Experience in internal communications, content strategy, editorial, product marketing or a related communications discipline.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and stakeholders.
Experience working within technology, SaaS or product-led organisations.
Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and easily understood content.
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or business communication programmes.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
Experience leveraging AI-powered content creation tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
As a business, we place great value on collaboration, knowledge sharing and building strong relationships across our teams. Therefore, for candidates living within a 35-mile radius of Nottingham, this role will follow a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week based in our Ruddington office. Please also note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this opportunity and can only consider applicants who already have the right to work in the UK.
