This includes licensing, educating, and enforcing Ohio laws for real estate brokers, salespersons, real estate appraisers, home inspectors and foreign real estate dealers and salespersons. REPL also has responsibilities under the Manufactured Homes Program and is responsible for licensing and inspecting brokers/dealers and salespersons. The Video Service Authorization Section provides complaint services, education and outreach to cable consumers, local governments, and cable providers.
