- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, domains, and secure account/access support.
- Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset tracking, device setup, and deployment documentation.
- Ability to support or quickly learn 3CX, HikCentral, and warehouse technologies while following security and escalation procedures.
Preferred Requirements:
- Approximately 2–4 years of Helpdesk or desktop support experience, including escalated L2 troubleshooting.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience supporting warehouse operations or users across multiple locations.
- Experience with RF handhelds, scanners, and Zebra/label printers.
- Basic scripting or automation experience to streamline repetitive support tasks.
Skills for Success
- Structured troubleshooting and practical problem-solving.
- Clear, customer-focused communication.
- Prioritization, ticket ownership, and dependable follow-through.
- Cross-functional teamwork and peer coaching.
- Attention to detail, security awareness, and continuous improvement.
