Основні завдання:

• Допомога користувачам з ПК, ноутбуками, принтерами та мобільними пристроями.
• Встановлення та налаштування програм і обладнання.
• Надання доступів та робота з обліковими записами користувачів.
• Вирішення базових проблем із мережею та програмним забезпеченням.
• Участь у впровадженні та підтримці ІТ-рішень компанії.
• Консультація співробітників щодо користування ІТ-системами.

Що ми очікуємо:

• Впевнене володіння Windows та Microsoft Office.
• Розуміння основ роботи комп'ютерних мереж.
• Готовність навчатися та розвиватися в ІТ-напрямку.
• Хороші комунікативні навички та бажання допомагати користувачам.
• Англійська мова на рівні, достатньому для роботи з документацією та міжнародною командою.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи в ІТ-підтримці.
• Знання Active Directory.
• Профільна освіта або ІТ-сертифікації.
