Rebag has opened a world of endless access to luxury, with a unique business model that puts the seller first, offers upfront payment, and makes the resale experience smooth and clutter-free.

Role

The Junior HR Generalist will support the day-to-day delivery of Rebag’s recruiting and HR operations. This is a broad, hands-on role designed for an early-career HR professional who wants exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

The Associate will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll and benefits inquiries, training administration, reporting, and offboarding. The role will also support employee relations and performance-management processes under the direction of the Director of Talent and HR.

This is not a recruiter-only position. Priorities will shift between hiring and other HR responsibilities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, references, background checks, and offers.
  • Support onboarding, I-9 completion, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, including Rippling and Greenhouse.
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to routine employee and manager questions.
  • Support performance-management and employee-relations documentation, escalating complex matters.
  • Coordinate training and other People programs.
  • Help improve and document HR processes.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of HR, recruiting, People Operations, or related experience.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • HRIS or applicant-tracking experience preferred.
  • Retail or multi-location experience is a plus.
  • Availability Monday to Friday 10 am to 7 pm EST
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred.
Your resume must be English, otherwise it won't be considered.
