About the role
Help prepare MSF teams to respond when emergencies strike.
MSF's humanitarian and emergency work requires an array of skills, knowledge, and attitudes that enable MSF to respond quickly, appropriately, and effectively individually, as a team, and as an organization. As the Ops Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor at MSF Operational Centre Amsterdam (OCA), you will play a key role in ensuring that our organizational learning solutions are fit for this purpose and that our staff are equipped to meet these challenges.

You will assess and turn learning needs into practical, high-quality agile solutions that strengthen individual, team, and organizational capabilities to manage and respond to emergencies according to their specific specialization.
You will join and be part of a culturally diverse Learning Solutions team, reporting to the Learning Solutions Coordinator. You will collaborate with three L&D Advisors responsible for different portfolios, two instructional designers, and four L&D Officers, as well as colleagues across Talent & Learning and the Operational Department.
