About the role
The Learning & Development Analyst enables effective, scalable and compliant learning operations through strong data discipline, financial oversight, governance and reliable program execution. The role supports enterprise-wide L&D reporting across Business Units and Central L&D, maintains dashboards, coordinates budget operations, supports audit and compliance requirements, and contributes to the seamless delivery of learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting
Consolidate and publish periodic L&D reports across all Business Units and Central L&D.
Maintain learning dashboards and reporting repositories, including participation, completion, utilization, feedback, compliance and cost metrics.
Validate source data, investigate variances and ensure accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
Support the definition and consistent application of learning metrics, data standards and reporting logic.
Analyze trends and provide operational insights for leadership reviews, forward planning and decision-making.
