Join a nationally recognized labor and employment practice in a flexible, fully remote legal role designed for experienced attorneys who want to work on complex, high-impact matters without the demands of a traditional full-time, partner-track position. You will support employers in employment litigation, regulatory proceedings, and workplace-related disputes, bringing strategic legal insight and practical solutions to a wide range of challenges. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys, exchange knowledge, and contribute to sophisticated legal matters within a supportive, team-oriented environment. With an hourly structure and no billable-hour requirement, you can manage your workload around your availability and professional priorities. This opportunity is particularly suited to seasoned employment lawyers seeking meaningful legal work, professional flexibility, and continued engagement with challenging cases. The position is remote and focused on supporting matters involving California employment law.
