Laundry Attendant

The role

Every guest at The Radical notices the little things: crisp sheets, plush towels, a room that just feels good. That starts with you.

We're an art-filled, community-rooted hotel in the heart of the River Arts District, and our laundry team is the quiet engine behind every great stay. If you take pride in doing things right and like being part of something creative, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Wash, dry, press, and fold guest room linens, towels, and robes to our standard
• Handle restaurant, bar, and event linens and staff uniforms
• Sort, spot-treat, and rescue stains so linens look their best
• Keep housekeeping stocked by tracking par levels and delivering clean linen on time
• Run commercial machines safely and flag equipment issues early
• Keep the laundry space clean, organized, and ready for the next load
• Support housekeeping and the wider team when the hotel is at its busiest

Qualifications

What you bring

• A reliable, positive, team-first attitude
• A good eye for detail and pride in quality work
• Comfort being on your feet and moving bags of linen throughout your shift
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays (hotels never close)
• Laundry or hotel experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
