Job Description
Lead the Lahore legal team and update Delivery Hero leadership on legal matters.
Formulate litigation strategies and manage external counsel.
Ensure statutory compliance and address sensitive law enforcement queries.
Draft non-templated agreements and provide official legal opinions.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, external partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree required. Master’s in Law (LLM) or relevant post-graduate diploma preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate litigation, regulatory compliance, or legal counsel roles—preferably within a multinational, tech platform, or reputable law firm.
Sound understanding of local statutory frameworks, compliance regimes, and protocols for handling sensitive law enforcement inquiries.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
