Job Description

Window World is seeking an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer for subcontractor opportunities in Baton Rouge, LA.

We are looking for a reliable, skilled installer who can lead installation crews, deliver high-quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential window and door installation projects.
• Manage installation crews and ensure quality workmanship.
• Complete installations safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Ensure installations meet company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Must have current insurance coverage:
• General Liability Insurance
• Commercial Auto Insurance
• Workers' Compensation Insurance
• Must own a truck and trailer.
• Must provide necessary installation tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage installation projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Potential gross subcontractor payments of $5,000–$10,000 per week, depending on completed installations and project availability.
• Up to $3,000 in bonus potential! Bonus payments are distributed in multiple increments based on the number of windows successfully installed and applicable bonus milestones.
• Consistent installation opportunities based on project demand.

Please Note: This is an independent subcontractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Subcontractors must meet all insurance, vehicle, and equipment requirements.
