Responsibilities

• Translate business and learning needs into learner-centric learning experiences, applying adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Develop storyboards, learning content, assessments, scenarios, simulations and interactive activities.
• Build and maintain eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
• Collaborate with L&D colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate learning content.
• Apply ADDIE and other relevant learning design methodologies throughout the design and development process.
• Incorporate AI and emerging learning technologies to improve learning design, development efficiency and learner experience.
• Ensure learning materials meet quality, accessibility, usability and organisational standards.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance before learning solutions are deployed.
• Review learner feedback and learning data to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Maintain and refresh existing digital learning assets to ensure content remains current and relevant.
• Support multiple L&D initiatives and projects requiring learning design, content development and digital learning expertise.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of work experience in learning & development.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
