Responsibilities include:

• Lead maintenance staff and oversee daily repairs and work orders.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Manage preventative maintenance, apartment make-readies, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain clean, safe grounds and common areas.
• Monitor supplies, tools, inventory, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Provide excellent resident service and support team development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of property maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance duties, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Available for a 40-hour workweek, occasional weekends, and rotating on-call emergencies.
